Dock & Door Reference Resources
This hub lists the official sources, equipment references and verification practice behind everything published on this site.
Independent service-request website. Calls may be shared with a third-party provider. The provider confirms availability, pricing, and service terms.
How the source ledger is maintained
Official government material and equipment-manufacturer references come first. Every dated factual claim carries the date its supporting material was checked. That date changes only after the underlying material is actually retrieved and reviewed again.
The links below were inherited from the audited homepage rather than newly checked by this site. A checked date records provenance; it does not guarantee that an outside page has remained unchanged.
Source set inherited from the audited homepage; this site did not re-verify it. Checked September 12, 2026.
How to use these references
Start with the group that matches the decision. Federal links explain workplace-rule language; local agency links identify the offices and registration systems relevant to a building; equipment references help distinguish machine types and terminology. Then follow the contextual service link for a plain-language request guide. The service pages do not replace the underlying publication.
A source can support a general statement without answering a building-specific question. Permit requirements belong with the responsible building department, workplace duties belong to the employer, and equipment condition belongs with a qualified provider's assessment. Manufacturer material may be model-specific, so confirm the actual label, model and applicable instructions rather than treating one manual as universal.
Publication here does not certify a provider, a proposed scope or a piece of equipment. It also does not turn a checked link into a current legal opinion. Use the publisher name and title to understand who issued each item, and ask the responsible authority or provider about changes that affect your situation.
Read the independent Cold Storage Statistics research asset for a citation-ready analysis of U.S. refrigerated warehouse capacity, state comparisons, commodity stocks and downloadable data files.
Read the independent Dock Bumper Types research asset for a source-linked comparison of construction, projection, warranties, dimensions, claims, standards and downloadable records.
Federal workplace rules
These federal references support the dockboard definition, dockboard duties, fall-protection provisions and hazardous-energy coordination language. Workplace duties belong to the employer; this index does not decide whether particular equipment or conduct complies.

Report a source or wording problem
Call the line and name the page, the statement that looks wrong and, if possible, the source entry involved. This website does not publish an email or correction form. A report starts an editorial review; it does not itself change a checked date.
